Client portal workflow

From original read to ready-to-write file — without losing the technical thread.

The portal keeps the file, ECU identification, brief, messages, payment status and final delivery together so repeat professional work stays organised.

    Register as a professional client.

Create the portal account with a monitored email address. Keep login access private because the account contains job files, messages and downloads.

Add the file credits required for the service.

Use the payment options shown inside the portal. Credit requirements can vary by service and complexity; confirm the selected job before purchase.

  4. 04
    Review

Technical scope is checked before development.

If the brief is incomplete or the file needs clarification, keep the answers inside the job thread so no critical context is lost.

  6. 06
    Validation

Write, test and return useful feedback.

Follow professional battery support and tool procedures. Clear or record DTCs as instructed, log the required channels and report exact behaviour rather than “works/doesn’t work”.

    Validate safely

File preparation

Protect the original before changing anything.

Your untouched read is the recovery point and technical reference for the entire job.

Workshop checklist

  • Read and save the original with stable battery support
  • Verify file size and tool-reported ECU identification
  • Store an untouched backup outside the tuning tool
  • Record existing DTCs before clearing anything
  • Do not upload a file already modified by an unknown source
  • State whether reading was OBD, bench, boot or virtual

Useful support requests

Send evidence the calibrator can act on.

Send
  • Exact DTC numbers and freeze-frame context
  • Logs with channel names and operating conditions
  • Tool, ECU and file names
  • Clear description of when the symptom happens
Avoid
  • “No power” without data
  • Phone photos of unreadable screens
  • Mixing several vehicles in one job
  • Writing another supplier’s file over the delivered file
