Calibration & extrapolation
A calibration is a network of related requests, limits, models and protections. Our method follows those relationships so the modified file keeps a coherent operating logic.
What extrapolation means here
OEM maps often describe a relationship across engine speed, load, temperature, pressure or torque. A blanket percentage can distort that relationship, create abrupt transitions and disconnect one system from another.
Extrapolation uses the shape and logic of the original data as a reference when extending or rescaling the relevant area. It is one technique within a wider calibration process, not a shortcut and not proof on its own.

Translate “more power” or “better economy” into load, use, hardware, transmission and operational requirements.
Review requests, torque structure, air, fuel, pressure, limiters, monitoring and protection strategies relevant to the ECU.
Change the necessary data while maintaining deliberate relationships and smooth transitions across the operating area.
Review the modified areas, checksum requirements, declared hardware and any instructions the workshop must follow.
Confirm actual behaviour on the machine or vehicle. Calibration quality ultimately depends on correct testing and technical feedback.
The important limit
No editing method can replace correct diagnostics, mechanical condition, wideband or emissions measurement where relevant, data logging and controlled load testing. The workshop’s feedback is part of the development loop.
