Service providers and recipients
Data may be processed by providers that support website hosting, email, security, client-portal operation, payment, accounting or professional advice. They may access only what is required for their role and must be subject to appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.
Data may also be disclosed to tax, judicial, regulatory or law-enforcement authorities when legally required. BLAG does not sell personal data.
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, BLAG will rely on an applicable adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another legally recognised safeguard where required.
How long data is kept

You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) ↗ or another competent supervisory authority.
Security, links and updates
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect personal data. No internet service is completely risk-free, so account credentials must remain private and ECU/customer files should be submitted only through the designated portal.
This website may link to the separate client portal, payment services, maps or other third-party sites. Their privacy information applies when you use those services.
This policy may be updated when services, providers or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version.
