ECU file service

SCR and AdBlue Calibration Support

SCR and AdBlue ECU file assessment for supported, legally permitted applications after NOx, dosing, pressure, temperature and diagnostic checks.

SCR and AdBlue systems combine sensors, dosing, pumps, heaters, pressure, temperatures, catalyst efficiency, software logic and operating conditions. A countdown or warning does not identify the failed component by itself.

Diagnose the complete system

  • Record all engine and aftertreatment DTCs with status and freeze-frame.
  • Check upstream/downstream NOx data for plausibility.
  • Test dosing, pump pressure, injector condition and crystallisation.
  • Review tank, quality, level, temperature and heater information.
  • Check exhaust temperature and catalyst operating history.
  • Confirm wiring, connectors, power supply and prior repairs.

Legal use and emissions compliance

SCR is an emissions-control system. Defeat or tampering can be unlawful and can affect inspection, registration, warranty, insurance and environmental compliance. BLAG only considers supported applications and uses permitted by the relevant law. Country, vehicle category and intended use must be provided accurately.

System diagnosis

NOx, dosing, pressure, temperature and wiring evidence belong together.

Exact software

ECU identity, HW/SW, original file and any related controller data are required.

Permitted scope

Availability depends on architecture, diagnosis and applicable law.

Professional handover

Follow writing, reset and validation instructions for the confirmed job.

What software cannot do

It cannot repair a damaged pump, blocked injector, failed NOx sensor, crystallised pipe, wiring fault or ineffective catalyst. It cannot turn a prohibited road use into a legal one. A compliant physical repair should be the first route where applicable.

Complete the diagnostic chain

SCR faults often involve more than one controller and may require manufacturer test routines. Record NOx, dosing, pressure, temperature, quality and inducement information before clearing anything. After a compliant repair or supported intervention, follow the correct reset or commissioning process and confirm that values become plausible through a suitable drive or load cycle. Keep the evidence with the job. Do not assume that a cleared countdown proves catalyst efficiency, correct dosing or legal compliance, and never substitute software for a required physical repair.
